javaw hangs on exit

It hangs on exit. Win7 Ultimate 64 bit, Java SE 6 Update 23.
It will exit when started in safe mode. Have disabled anti virus, killed any other apps I can think of. Uninstall, reinstall. Buddy has the same camera, Microsoft Life Cam Cinema, no problems. Hangs even if fresh install and no configs made yet.

Any Ideas?
