The wav file you seem to select is certainly not at 44 Khz frequency.
Use Audacity sound editor (it's free) to change the frequency of your sound. see image.

Hi, maybe it's late for the answer but i found what is the problem.
The wav file you seem to select is certainly not at 44 Khz frequency.
Use Audacity sound editor (it's free) to change the frequency of your sound. see image.
