Thanks a lot! I removed all Java versions, cleaned the registers and reinstalled the latest Java. Now Yawcam works 100%.

After some use of Google, I found the solution myself. If I added :8888/video.cgi to the local IP-adress of the camera, the preview showed up, and I was able to stream and output single pictures to my webpage.

Some more information:
The GPS-receiver is realy sendig NMEA. I have installed Fransons GpsGate, and at the same time as GPSlogger is running, I do receive data to both GPSinfo, VisualGPS and a Haicom wiever.
