You can indeed monitor 2 devices at the same time, but you have to install 2 instances of Yawcam.
How you can do this ? ..... see this Prevent error message when opening second instance of Yawcam thread for more info.

Did you use the build-in firewall of your router ?
If so, you probably have to reconfigure the ports in the firewall you use now.

I assume it's notyour configuration.
Try configuring another port for streaming (ex : 8008 in stead of the 8081 you have configured now.

In Windwos Vista and Windows 7 yoiu have to be logged on with the administrator account to have write permissions.
I will do some tests on my computer (Windows Vista) and see what happens.

Can you please answer my questions ? I don't see what good upgrade to IE8 will do. And i did already told what options i used.
