I placed the original alert.wav file back and it plays the sound fine. Strange it can't play any other wav file of the same name. Maybe it can only play a sound of a certain length or file size? The new wav file I tried was only 4 seconds long and 196kb. Hope someone else has tried this and had bett...

That's exactly what I tried, but it does not play the new wav file. (and yes, the box is checked to play sound when viewer connects).

I would like to change the "alert.wav" file in the sound directory to a different sound.
I have tried several times and nothing works. It is now just silent when the pop up comes up showing someone connected.
Anyone have any ideas?
