The option "IP Camera" is only intended for network cameras. If want to use your laptop's integrated camera, that should show up as an separate option when you click "Settings -> Detect video devices..." If Yawcam can't detect your integrated camera, start by updating the drivers...

That's an old guide, so the instructions will probably be a bit off. But follow the instructions on https://www.noip.com/ and you will get it up and running.

This happens because you get a dynamic IP from your Internet Service Provider. That means your IP will change from time to time. This is not the same problem as the one described in your original post.
Make sure that Yawcam is installed correctly and that you have installed the serviced first before you try to start it.
