How does your welcome message look like if you use an ordinary ftp client when you login to your ftp server? Please check if you get any error messages in the cons...

No, I'm sorry... But there are no way that I know of to use DirectShow in java. So I will not be able to include support for this in the next version. Maybe I'll include it when Yawcam has been ported to C++. But there will take several months before the first C++ version of Yawcam is finished... /m...

Check that you have the latest drivers for your webcam. Also check that your webcam support VFW (Video For Windows). Look in your manual! Yawcam uses VFW to communicate with the webcam, so if your webcam doesn't support VFW it will not work. Have you tried to detect the webcam from the text menu? (s...

I'm glad you found Yawcam :D - The ability to have the preview screen and other tools all in one single window. (Skinnable?) I have to rewrite rather large parts of Yawcam to make this possible. So I don't think this will happen in a near future. But I sure will keep the idea in my mind. I'm not sur...

I'm starting to believe that your ISP has put you behind a router that you can't control... In this case you will not be able to use the stream output (or the built-in webserver) in Yawcam :( Maybe you could talk to your ISP and ask them to tell you exactly how you are connected to the Internet... I...
