Service won't start after computer restart?!

Hi all,
I have an problem, I have installed Yawcam service on new fresh OS Win 7 32bit, and It's working perfect but only until i restart computer. To be able to start it again I have to first uninstall service, then install it again, and after that start it. Any idea, why isn't working after computer restart?! Please HELP!
