See an IP webcam connected to the LAN

I have an IP webcam connected on the LAN with a fixed IP adress : 192.168.1.210
I run Yawcam on a PC of this LAN (ip: 1923168.1.7)
The webcam is not seen by Yawcam in the Device,
then it says "could not connect to the device"
How to get this webcam seen by Yawcam ? Does Yawcam should see any kind of webcam ?
in Yawcam setting, HTTP and Stream are enabled.
- UPnP is activated on the router
