Requesting Help using Teamviewer

Hi everybody,

I am making this post as I find this often helps to resolve issues on the first try rather than waiting for a reply for days. Mind you, this is entirely at your discretion.

I've been offering help to Yawcam users using Teamviewer. It's a free application (available to download from the link below), that allows an another user or expert to temporarily take control of your computer in order to resolve a problem. Teamviewer ensures only that only someone you trust can gain access by securing the connection with a user ID and password. You can also revoke the control at anytime. You must be present during the Teamviewer session.

If you want to try and resolve an issue you have with Yawcam over Teamviewer, simply send me a PM with either your Skype username or a Gmail address and a description of the problem you are experiencing.

Download Teamviewer : http://www.teamviewer.com/en/download/windows.aspx

Note: The reason I chose Skype or Gmail is because it is much easier to schedule a time where we are both available over the chat then by PM. The chat also comes in handy to discuss during the Teamviewer session.
