First problem: in windows, the batch script to install Yawcam as a service doesn't work. I was able to install it manually though, using Yawcam_Service.exe -install.
The stated problem: when Yawcam starts, I cannot access the stream\http remotely. I can access the stream locally. I assumed it was a firewall issue so I added Yawcam_Service.exe to the exclusions list but it doesn't seem to have any effect. What's the trick to this?
For a temporary solution, I've added a shortcut to shell:startup.
