Text Overlay...Hour is incorrect

I have been using Yawcam for over a year now, mostly without a hitch. Since Sunday when Daylight Saving Time started, the hour on the Text Overlay in Yawcam displays the hour as an hour ahead, so if the time on my machine says 4:00 PM, Yawcam displays 5:00 PM. Here's the text string I use for the text overlay:

%dayLang - %MM/%DD/%YYYY - %hh:%mm:%ss %APM

I am running Yawcam 0.3.5 on Windows 2003 Server.

Any ideas why this is the case? Thank you for your help.

I did some looking and noticed that KB2243685, which deals with Daylight Saving Time changes in Windows 2003 hadn't been installed. I installed that and it took care of the time issue. Just an FYI for anyone else.
