Greetings.
I am at a complete loss as to what to do at this point. I am receiving an error message UPNP: could not find any UPNP devices, despite the feature being enabled in the router/modem (it's a combo) settings (see attachment). The "Am I online" feature likewise is resulting in an error for both ports:

Progress:

Additionally, I have manually entered the port numbers as instructed (see attachment) and allowed those ports through the windows firewall (see attachment).
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated; thank you in advance!
